PHILIP C. SCHNEIDER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, Owner

Mr. Schneider has been engaged in the private practice of law in Huntingburg, Indiana since 1976. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Indiana-University Bloomington in 1973, and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1976. He first began practicing law with his father, Norb Schneider, and local attorneys Bill Lett and Joe Verkamp, upon his return to Dubois County. He has been the City Attorney for the City of Huntingburg since 1993, and has served as legal counsel to the Dubois County Airport Authority since 2005. Mr. Schneider focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate, Elder Law, Real Estate Law, Small Business Formation, and Municipal and Government Law.

TAYLOR A. O’BRYAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW, Associate

Mrs. O’Bryan is a Huntingburg native who graduated from the University of Evansville in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She went on to attend Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, where she was awarded her Juris Doctor in 2022. She began practicing law with a small firm in Evansville, Indiana, before eventually returning to her hometown. Mrs. O’Bryan focuses her legal practice primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate, Guardianships and Adoptions. She also serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Holland, Indiana.
